"Roosevelt Hall" Roosevelt Hall located on Fort Leslie J. McNair in Washington, D.C. Built between 1903 and 1907, it was the location of the Army War College from 1907 to 1946. In 1946 the National War College was established here and later became part of the National Defense University. The architectural design was by the New York Architectural Design Firm of McKim, Mead and White is a Beaux Arts- or Neoclassical-style.
